SHIPPING DELIVERY AND SERVICE POLICIES:

Unless specifically stated all costs are in Australian Dollars and include GST.  Prices are subject to change without prior notice. Price lists are under constant review.   OVERSEAS Purchasers do not have to pay GST (approximately 9% discount).

We send all goods purchased via Australia Post’s normal postal service unless Express Post is requested.  All in stock goods will generally be dispatched within 2 working days (we aim for one day but…).  Out of stock items, longer delivery times or non-deliverability will be notified to you within 2 days if phone or email details are known.

Please note that as a requirement of Card Merchant Services we are required to specify a delivery time as well as a dispatch time.  We trust that Australia Post is able to deliver to you in Australia within 2 to 8 days of dispatch. However; due to Pandemic, Fire, Flood, Tsunami, Civil Unrest and many other Natural and Man Made disasters these delivery times are a guide only and are out of our control.

POSTAGE & PACKING CHARGES

Postage (we only use stamps) will be charged at cost on all parcels and packets including “Signed for Tracking” if you request. There is also a Handling charge up to $3.00 per Invoice.

PAYMENT METHODS:

Payment by Personal Cheque (Australia only & subject to clearance), Money Order (Australian), Bank Cheque, International M/Order, International Bank Draft, EFT, PayPal or by Credit Card are all accepted.  Credit Card is recommended.

CREDIT CARDS   There is no Credit Card surcharge. Master Card, Visa and American Express are accepted.  Please, NEVER email your Credit Card details. If you wish to pay using a credit card, please use the secure on-line payment gateway on this store or contact us via email or phone +61 2 4573 1332  to arrange payment. Please note minimum transaction on credit cards $10.00.

EFT Please ask for an invoice and that will have EFT details.

RETURNS/REFUND/EXCHANGE:

If any item purchased is unsuitable you may return for a full credit or exchange as long as the goods are returned in the same condition as sent.  Australia : within 14 days of receipt.  Overseas : within 28 days of receipt.  Refunds for merchandise will not include refund of postage and handling costs incurred in the original order.

WARRANTY

Items sold are warranted by the manufacturers against manufacturing default, unless otherwise indicated or required by Australian Law, for 12 months.
